Friday:

• 5:30pm – Registration starts
• 6:00pm – Opening Ceremony
• 6:30pm – Don Dodge Keynote Talk
• 7:15pm – Pizza & Networking by Ganymede
• 8:00pm – James Digby Startup Weekend Introduction
• 8:30pm – Pitches Start
• 9:45pm – Attendees vote for the top ideas
• 10:00pm – Aleksandra Kubicka (Allegro Group) Talk
• 10:15pm – Teams start forming and discussing ideas
• 10:45pm – Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow.

Saturday

• 9:00am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee
• 9:30am – Teams formed and setting up workspace for the weekend
• 12:00pm – Mentors introduction – round 1
• 1:50pm – Kompany introduction to After Party
• 2:00pm – Lunch by Kompany
• 3:00pm – Mentors help teams one-on-one. They are here to help!
• 3:15pm – Lidia Janoszka (Ganymede) Talk
• 5:00pm – Mentors introduction – round 2
• 6:00pm – Snack break
• 8:00pm – Pitch training
• 9:30pm – Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow.
• 10:00pm – After Party at Kompany

Sunday

• 9:00am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee
• 2:00pm – Lunch
• 3:00pm – Gut check. Start prepping for presentations
• 4:30pm – Judges introduction
• 5:00pm – FINAL PRESENTATIONS
• 8:00pm – Judging & awards
• 8:30pm – Closing Ceremony
