CEO of the IT Education Supporting Foundation PROIDEA since 2004. Co-founder of OWASP Poland Chapter, in 2008-2010, the member of OWASP Global Education Committee.

    Bio: executive, marketeer, investor and engineer – co-founder and COO of Innovation Nest (seed/VC fund & entrepreneurship school); previously i.a. long-term executive board member, COO and senior vice president of the Onet.pl Group and director of Promotion and Product Development Department in Tymbark SA; having rich experience in internet, marketing, media, technology and investment; engineer - constructor with long experience (electronics, IT) at the Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology in Cracow; a graduate of the University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Cracow (Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Electronics), and of business studies at the School of Business – National Louis University in Nowy Sacz;

Founder and CEO at HanBright – Kids edutainment projects such as ciufcia.pl – largest polish website with edutainment games for prescholers. HanBright is focusing now on foreign markets, mobile app and marchendising. Co–Founder of BrightBerries – Angel Seed founding for startups. Founded in 2009 to invest and promote startups on early stage from eastern and central Europe (webshake.tv, futbolowo.pl, lingapp.com, heartpick.com and others) BrightBerries is especially interested in web and mobile projects. Rafal works with startups on their ideas, strategic directions, entrepreneurial skills and marketing.

Since 2009 organizer and co-organizer of multiple IT courses and conferences, such as: PLNOG, EuroNOG and CONFidence. Marketing and PR person at Teetbee project. Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Electronics).

    Bio: He is trying to abolish Pole’s stereotype and he is a happy man. One of the pillar of HanBright company, in which - as a Project Director - he actively works in order to increase productivity. He pursues ideas that matter and believes in people who passionately create them. He thinks that sharing one’s knowledge and experience can help others. Constantly searches new ways and solutions. Typical thinking and common paths disgusts him. He naively believes that the projects, which he has been sacrificing most of his life for, change the world for better. He likes plain situations and concrete people and dislikes sweet pancakes.

    Bio: Conference Manager at PROIDEA Foundation, responsible for marketing and logistics of different projects, co-oragnizer of PLNOG, EuroNOG and JDD conferences. Studying International Affairs at University of Economics in Krakow. Loves music, travelling and staying up late :)
